Storage method of candied fruits

Remember the following points when storing candied fruits:
Sealed and moisture-proof: Bulk use glass jars/sealed boxes, clamp or change containers after opening bags to avoid moisture.
Cool environment: Keep in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight and heat sources, as high temperatures can cause spoilage.
Differentiated processing:
High sugar candied fruit (if preserved): stored at room temperature, with desiccant to prevent sticking;
Low sugar candied fruits (such as some cold fruits): After opening, refrigerate (around 4 ℃) and consume within one week.
Anti moth and insect: Put Sichuan peppercorns/star anise bags in the container, or check if the packaging is damaged.
Timely refrigeration: Seal as soon as possible after opening, and refrigerate if you can't finish eating (canned refrigerated for 3-5 days, bagged refrigerated for 1 week).
Check shelf life: Store unopened according to the packaging instructions. Discard if expired, moldy, sticky, or has an odor.
